Simply Dad is a 501c(3) public charity that collects donations. By making a Donation, a Donor agrees that Simply Dad and any and all (future) subsidiaries and/or affiliates of Simply Dad are entitled to use a Donation at their own discretion, within the scope of the Goal and the articles of association of Simply Dad.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not confirm or continue your donation. All donations are unrestricted gifts to Simply Dad which are immediate and irrevocable.
